Floating solar mounting system

MRac Floating PV Mounting System G4S is applied to solar pv power plant installation on the water. Adopting HDPE material, it has passed the Hunt Water Absorption Test, Anti-Aging Test, Anti-UV Test etc. Moreover, it can bear the pulling force that is much higher than other products. Adopting new module design in floater and main floater, it can realize the array of double row in the same facing or in symmetrical facing, which can increase the efficiency of solar power generation and installation capacity, be easily installed, and save the cost. and its lifetime has more than 25 years.

Anchoring System

MRac Floating mounting system will be fixed by anchoring system. Normally we choose the anchor point under the water, but also can choose the anchor point on the water front. The procedure of installing anchoring system will be designed in accordance with the condition of water area.

1. When water level variation less than 1 meter, adopt sunken anchor or stone with rope to fix it.

2. When water level variation less than 3 meters, adopt sunken anchor or stone with rope and add elastic spring to fix it.

3. When water level variation more than 3 meters, adopt sunken anchor or stone with capstan rope to fix it.

Water Surface Clearance&Tilt Angle

◆ The minimum clearance of the module form water is more than 150mm; and the maximum of that is more than 300mm

◆ The available installation tilt angle is 5°,10°,15°
